  • Condition of Items: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we can assist you in finding the right item, subject to availability. Any price differences between the returned item and the new item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@needlzart.pk with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and you will need to follow our return process to initiate a return once the item is delivered.

6. Promotional Items

If your purchase includes promotional items (e.g., free gifts), you must return the promotional item along with the main product in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
